This may be the key solution for car-free zones --- pedestrian friendly electric vehicles that do not blow fumes into the faces of bike riders, walkers or disabled individuals, especially within condensed urban areas --- these vehicles can stay with a disabled passenger for as long as they need them, then someone else will get a turn --- what drives down the over all cost is that everyone is able to use them often enough to also save wear and tear on our environment, which is the bottom line really.
