I glad to know that there may be a new tool to understand what the components of happiness are. It is plausible the results will be more accurate if an individual is asked during an experience if he or she is happy. My bias even though is that a person needs a certain degree of reflection to know if they are happy or not. By asking in the course of an activity it will force the respondent to take a "time out," and that could eliminate recall error and introduce reflection.
